@deepakc ; Forget Chennai City FC and Minerva forcing State Governments to build stadiums for them. Chennai City Fc will be lucky to get discount for using JLN Stadium. They are not capable to get stadium authorities to clean the seats or even to open sufficient toilets which are already in the stadium. About Minerva FC, if Badshah or Honey Singh decide to organise Musical Night, their whole schedule is in disarray. Such is the situation of I-League clubs. Sad but true.

The above post only have a factual error:the derby is not the greatest package of Indian football, it is the greatest package of Indian sports, and that includes IPL, Olympics and everything else!
@sam: If your dislike is because of the derogatory/racist comments expressed by some supporters, I have to say that I too don't approve of them...however I had to include them simply because they were in the video and as we have seen too often, these sorts of bitterness and tensions do occasionally become a part of the Derby, whether we like it or not
