@gopiajeesh ; Tushar Khandekar is now heavily involved in Coaching. He was coach in junior Hockey Tornament. Another player Arjun Halappa is also one of the Selectors in Hockey India. Australian coaches like Nobbs, Walsh did a good job in grooming next generation Indian coaches also. These Khandekar, Halappa have better experience in Modern Hockey then earlier generation of 1980s players Kaushik, Harinder Singh, Baskaran, Carvalho. That Generation of coaches was instrumental in decline of India Hockey in 2004 to 2012 period.
