1) AIFF approves these marquees? So, problem lies with the rule there.

2) WAS A PROPER TRIAL TAKEN?? If not, then why don't clubs take a proper trail of the footballers before signing the contract. I mean, yeah, match pressure is different. But, someone can not degrade so much. If he has good performance in trails, then we can expect him to be at like 75% of this level in match. Again, problem with the clubs??

They got cheap marquee from Trinidad and Tobago. Next what? player from Tahiti team as they played in Confederation Cup 2013. Marquee Rule is a big joke.

@gaffertape. Why Salgaocar?? They already have a marquee (although mediocre). Or maybe "Are they planning to release him??"

Any idea if Salgaocar is signing an asian?? With Raj injured, I wonder who is handling the show.
