I am not sure only because of, and yes, fuck you for not wanting me to mention it, MLS (as well as the NASL, USL, PDL etc). All the US Soccer Fed do is sanction the leagues but overall the league is owned by the company named after the league overall. It is not like the ISL where technically it is owned by IMG-Reliance and STAR Sports but they put it under a company called Football Sports Development so I wonder if technically, they can pass through FIFA and the AFC.
From wiki page of MLS: "... MLS is a single entity in which each team is owned and controlled by the league's investors. The investor-operators control their teams as owners control teams in other leagues, ..." Basically the same thing, isn't it?
In any case, @coolgagan is right. No third party ownership of the national league. Either the national federation or the clubs themselves own the league. Or else, you lose FIFA recognition
"I think from a physicality point of view, the ISL has been poor. We have scientific data to prove that five training sessions including a game in ISL is not equal to a game played at international level. So the levels of fitness and physicality side of Indian footballers playing in ISL are not helping us at all,- Stephen
existing league, new league further new league then rebranding former League. Continue to do this and we can atleast get AIFF into Guiness Book of World Records
Also I do not understand the fickle mindedness.. few seasons back we languished about-
1) no sponsors, no branding, no fan following in Indian football..results few clubs shut down
2) No youth development- who cares anyway? still no development so neutral
2)Now fan following, but thas not going to help, where's other things required??
F** can't we put anything decent which shall include all. Or lets continue this story--
..in another 3 years we shall be having 3 more I-super, ISL-bumper, I-ISL-pan league...etc etc etc
@BrainFallINDIA He's in all probability an age Fraud and changde should be the deserving holder. A footballer rarely goes out of work at his peak age of 28 years.
Constantine is dumb...... when he took over he had all praise for ISL now he is against it........ He is even blaming ISL For players injured during his camp
Constantine is a cry baby and is quite anxious to blame it on the system to hide his obvious failures and medieval training techniques. If he didn't have the balls to take on the challenge, he shouldn't have accepted the job.
At Barca Twitter, we see Messi and Co training with real football in a football field. In Team India Twitter, we see cricketers practicing in nets.
But In AIFF Media twitter, we see them chilling out in swimming pool, play beach volley, ice baths, foot tennis, eat buffets but NO FOOTBALL TRAINING!

The Federation even own one of those teams and got share in all i think
This really should not be that much of a problem.
