The way they are handling current situation is pathetic. It's like they don't care about those Goan clubs. It's frustrating too watch, specially when an ex-player says that he doesn't care about team closing its shop. Feeling sad for the situation
In this dark time, my heart goes to Goan football. This is almost the end of the tunnel. Now if EB and MB (other Bengal clubs follow the suit), then AIFF will be in a great trouble. With ISL (even if AIFF makes it the top-tier) nowhere near to a year long league and lack of I-league, it will hamper Indian football and even take ISL quality to decade back.
What about the goan crowd ? After being such "hard core fans " They goes into hibernation during I-league and comes back like nothing happened to support FC Goa
See, the point is no one in India cares about Sports. As simple as that. This not only plagues football but others sports also suffer from this. Had there been some real fan support where the fans would have raised their voices. Things would have been different. People won't even stand up for ISL clubs even if a couple of them fold up. Because of lack of passion. Only thing ISL has done is to attract fans into the stadiums. Even if they are plastic fans. As it is, most of the clubs in I League have no fans or plastic fans barring a few. I League is a failed product. AIFF gave up on it. Not their failure entirely. But, also failure of clubs as a whole. Its the whole ecosystem which is to be blamed.

Also I guess there are things such as travel and such which could prevent India from playing in Aizawl.
I-league might not have teams to have league this season..
