    Can you tell us how was the East Bengal U20 team formed? Where do they come from, any academy or spot selection trials etc.? That will be useful information

    as much as I know. Till now east bengal don't have any residential academy but there is u15, u17 and u19 team who train under reputed local coaches whole year. We have found players like avishek das, budhiram, saikat, jayanta etc through these junior teams. East bengal recruiters and scouts find these talents and they get trained
