The President of the All India Football Federation (AIFF) Mr. Praful
Patel Chaired the Executive Committee Meeting at Football House, the
AIFF Headquarters in the Capital on November 20, 2012. Besides, AIFF
General Secretary Mr. Kushal Das, Senior Vice-President Mr. Subrata
Dutta, Vice-President Mr. Ankur Dutta and Treasurer Mr. Hardev Jadeja,
other members also attended the meeting. The Committee unanimously
decided on the following points:
• The Executive Committee confirmed the election procedure of the Annual
General Body (AGM) meeting as well as review of Member Associations who
are eligible to participate in the election. The AGM would be held on
December 20, 2012.
• It was decided that a Retired Judge of the Delhi High Court will be
appointed as the Returning Officer for the AIFF elections which would be
also held on December 20, 2012.
• The Committee agreed to request the Indian Olympic Association, FIFA
and AFC to send Observers for the forthcoming AIFF elections.
• It was decided the Santosh Trophy 2013 will be held in two venues in
Uttar Pradesh and Kerala in February/March 2013, the dates for which
will be announced shortly.
• Furthermore, the Kerala Football Association was granted permission to
host the proposed Kerala Premier League as long it is organised keeping
in mind the AIFF guidelines for State Leagues.
• The Committee ratified the approval of the Finance Committee relating
to the Financial Statements and the Auditors Report for the year ended
March 31, 2012.
• The Committee also permitted affiliation to SAI Teams to participate
in the Junior and sub-junior National Championships to be organised by
AIFF.
• On matters related to the National Team, the Committee endorsed the
National Team’s view to play as many International Friendly matches as
possible in 2013 to improve India’s FIFA Rankings.
The meeting ended with a presentation done by Head of Referees, AIFF,
Col. Gautam Kar on Referee’s Development. Mr. Patel thanked NVD Solar
for their effort in sponsoring the Referee’s Development Project for the
next three years.
The Committee also congratulated I-League CEO, Mr. Sunando Dhar for being selected be a FIFA Futuro III Instructor.

Nothing is decided yet in case of Air India and ONGC. there is no official statement from AIFF thta air ndia and ONGC will be debarred from next year I-league. Even Pailan Arrows do not fulfill all the AFC criteria.

match will be played on February 6. Informing this AFA secretary Ankur
Dutta said in a press conference today
that, as the November 14 India-Yemen
match did not take place, FIFA has
agreed to allot another match where
India may play either Phillipines, Vietnam or Oman. Dutta further revealed that a coaching
camp for coaches of north-eastern
region under FIFA. The camp will be
held at the Nehru Stadium here from
November 25 to 30 where 30 coaches,
20 from Assam, will take part. Pieter Abraham Hambarg will act as trainer in
the six-day camp. Moran will host the Assam Club
Championship, under Charaideo Sports
Association from December, informed
Dutta. He also revealed that the
National Football Championship for the
Santosh Trophy will be held at Uttar Pradesh and Kerala in the month of
February-March. On the other hand, the 2nd division
National League will be staged in
February. Two city based teams,
Gauhati Town Club and Green Valley
Sports Club, have fulfilled the criteria to
appear in the championship.
