i would like corporate teams to enter indian football scenario.... they can invest a lot of money, build academies ,small football specific stadiums, would entice broadcasters to enter indian football market without hesitation, add brand value to clubs etc.... THE PRESENT SYSTEM MADE MOCKERY WHEN THEY MADE A U-TURN AND ALLOWED MB TO RETURN TO I-LEAGUE.... addition of the corporates would atleast be a SMALL MOCKERY compared to what they are currently doing

The MB mockery is the biggest ever till date and will always be. But with these corp entering, the gap between the budgets will be even bigger. The present clubs will not be able to match the budgets of say a Reliance or a Tata.
@Domnic if(a big if) the corporate clubs start to pump huge money in to I-league then the popularity of the league will increase and the existing already popular clubs (EB,MB,DEMPO) will start to get other big corporations like cola companis, telecom, financial, fast food(chips) companis as sponcers. yes there will be some gap but not huge.
@rudra..... what's so funny about it? this is what praful patel will demand if corporates want to enter..... tell me which broadcaster wants to invest in indian football whole heartedly? is there any clubs willing to BUILD THEIR OWN STADIUMS on their limited minimal budgets? which brand like TATA, RELIANCE, BIRLA is involved with any i-league club?
@rudra ... i know u are a MB supporter.... but bringing them back this year itself was a BIG MOCKERY of the current system.... if rules can be bent, do it for popularizing indian football and bringing in money ... and it is the thing that praful patel is trying to do....
