I have been viewing this forum for awhile without an account and right now I find your posts confusing. Why are you citing the J.LEague, K-League, MLS, and Aussie League? Those leagues suck and no one watches them.
The European leagues like La Liga and Premier League are the top leagues. They are the leagues that get the money, get the fans, get the players, and get the quality.
We should be copying leagues from these Euro countries. They are successful... MLS is not.
I dont have a facebook. I am just saying the facts. The top European leagues is where you will find the best talent, the best teams, and most support. Not in J.League or A-League or MLS.

Indian football though is also decades old. The Kolkata clubs are over 50 years old. Goan clubs are over 20. East Bengal and Mohun Bagan over 100. Lajong is also almost 30 years old.
These new leagues in Japan and Korea are also 20 years old but I dont see competitvness. They both still stink to be honest. I dont see how India can benefit from them. Look at Germany and there youth revolution in the 90s. Taht is a nice system.

Bengal and Goa ?? Is that it ? India has 26 more states. If you want a good successful national league its has to be spread out to different parts of the country for that we need to start fresh and Japan and USA are great examples because they did it from scratch unlike Germany and Spain who are established since almost 100 years.
So we better target reaching that stage rather than dreaming of something unrealistic. To be frank it is impossible for any other continent to beat Europe in organized and systematic football.Asia has the potential but it need more Japans then Germany,England or Spain will be no match.
All the other states are waking up and also look at the 2nd Division. India has so many clubs in other states. All they need to do is improve and that is why we need a better 2nd Division. Make that longer and all of a sudden the other state clubs will get better and improve Indian fooball.
Look at the Kerala, Bangalore, and Mizoram clubs, they use youth. If they get promoted then they will play in I-League.
Akso I am more of a fan of seeing a small club like Share FC go from bnothing to somthing through promotion rather than a shit American style in which all of Shares hard work and development gets put to waste.

So why follow those leagues?
european league have 50+ clubs with history of 7-8 decades and the league is establisted 4-5 tier...
can you find this much no of clubs to organize a league structure in line of epl/laliga or any other one??
in that case MLS or jleague are organised in a format where clubs could establish their presence in country'f footballing history
and who said these leagues are not famous??? you can say it is not famous outside country(fan following) but the average fans per match is more than just good
and this is the structure which could help the new investors think of investing in indian clubs....

Do you even call them clubs ??? Pune FC is by far is the most organized and professional club in I-League rest are all 1 season clubs with only short term goals.
About 2nd Division clubs just forget them they are not even close to amateur clubs of Japan(whom you call crap).DSK and Dodsal have big plans but they are yet to execute.
