Okay this is getting imbecilic now. I am sorry and trust me @hadfadkar I like what you do here and all the posts. It makes me feel more informed but would you not mind just double checking the news before posting it.

That is exactly the same thing that was mentioned on facebook. That guy on facebook had no sources as well to support his claim. The least you could do is check if it is true instead of just copying and pasting. READ AND CHECK. That is all I am asking of you. And again I am not trying to be mean to you, I just do not want any new users (like fellow @India_Barcelona here) to get the wrong news only for it to be wrong later.
  • And just to confirm... FIFA does not have any Costa Rica match AT ALL on its website for India.

Also, I think it is obvious that if India were to play a team ranked 53rd in the world in one of the best grounds in Europe (in my opinion - for its size) then it would get A LOT of news coverage.

Again, double check, especially for big news like this because if it is true, surely a website like Times of India already has an article about it.

Is it a joke by CMG? They proposed India v Netherlands. I seriously doubt the article. The mainstream media quietness on this matter says a lot about the authenticity of the article.

It is possible, maybe not the best XI players but reserve ones.CMG did bring in Argentina and Venezuela.Even thought they will have to spend a lot but.

I think if the writer is to be believed then playing against Costa Rica and Scotland is a step too far for me and a bad choice.

I think the 3 countries should have been selected out of these 4 choices:

    1)Malta(147)-Good choice for me
    2)Faroe islands(155)
    3)Cyprus(131)
    4)Luxembourg(144)

Now the reason is that these countries have more or less similar rankings to ours.

Another reason is that if we beat Cyprus then our player(s) might be recruited to Cypriot league.DECENT LEAGUE FOR OUR PLAYERS I WOULD SUGGEST AND THEIR CLUB APOEL reached the knockout stage of Champions league so its competitive as well.

If we play our best 11 we should beat all these countries which would mean more ranking points and a higher rank as these opponents are from UEFA.

But one thing is that 26th May isnt a Fifa Date so will be match be official????
