yes goan can get Portuguese citizenship if we apply! according to supreme court of India goa was not liberated but annexed by India and Goa was not colony of Portugal but a state
i wasn't aware about citizenship part but today for international relationship lecture i came to know about this
Yea goans can get portugese and pondicherry people can get french citizenship according to the deal signed by both country with indian govt when giving independence to their respective colony
