Herbert ia clueless about Indian football...and he wasn't too popular at NEUFC....treated Thangboi very poorly too... and didn't use Boithang and Len properly...the only 2 genuine India team players he had... ( i don't rate Aibor Khongjee very highly )
Okay but regardless, I just don't want to see Westwood and his run at Bengaluru FC stall because of the India NT job and I know he can do the India NT job on a part-time basis while staying in Bengaluru but we need a coach for full-time.
AIFF neither have time nor money. Our First Round may be as early as march and clubs are busy in I-League. Get Indian Coach-Pereira or Reddy and get going.
Reddy should remain in Bengaluru FC... he and Westwood seem good together. Derrick Periera might be a good temporary name but I doubt it will happen... the AIFF are set on a foreigner in charge.
Reddy won't leave ..he has a long term contract at BFC. A lot of his DSK player's and ones who were at Lajong are all doing well... Has a good eye for scouting, especially in North East. ... he will bw useful for NT as a scout...
