Chanmari West are right behind. Aizawl is in 4th, 4 points behind. Top 4 qualify for the finals, 7th place goes into a relegation play-off, 8th is relegated. Sad for Zo United as they are last and were supposed to be the other upcoming Mizo club a couple years ago.

The 2016 Assam State Premier League was supposed to begin this month and I actually was looking up information about it earlier today and couldn't find anything.
