A grocer runs business and Ambani runs a business too. But both are not the same, isn't it?<div><br></div><div>MB SAIL Academy has ZERO productivity. Coaches with age-old tactics. The kids who come out of that are not even considered by Mohun Bagan themselves.</div><div><br></div><div>The SOE of East Bengal promises a lot of things. Experienced full time foreign coach, foreign training. Different age groups starting from 9 yrs</div><div><br></div>

M.B academy lacks facilities and the most important things like Diet and scouting based on physique etc.As somesh mentioned even the coaches are not upto the mark nor does the club promote those players into their professional team.

Who will buy? This is why I do nt want big international brands to make the jerseys. They are so costly dat regular Indian fotball fans cannot afford
