Can anyone from Bengal enlighten me about the trend of painting the galleries of Stadiums in Kolkata with shades of Blue and Sky Blue. Have seen this at Multiple venues. Kishore Bharti, Naihati, Barasaat. All have the same colored galleries. Is this the color of TMC?

No it's colour of Bengal flag

Blue and white is the favourite color of CM.. So most government buildings, bridges, road dividers are painted in that color. Same for the galleries.

Mamta Banerjee seems to be very fond of football too. So many football stadiums in Kolkata have been renovated. Also grants to CFL clubs for development of their grounds.
