AIFF could not have given the verdict on AI and ONGC in the middle of the league...think about it, it would be unethical...if they knew that they will anyways be thrown out then it will lead to malpractices like teams bribing them to lose etc. This uncertainty is required to keep the league going in correct manner.
Mr. Larsing had a big role to play in this as only Lajong benefit from this with 3 valuable points. The biggest losers are Churchill as they have have to play bagan twice in a congested schedule.

Maybe true. It will be interesting to see comments from Mr Dempo, Churchill and Salgaocar. They have a big say in AIFF.

It feels great to be back on IFNF after a long time
@munna21977 answers two of your questions
1) the decision on ongc & ai will be taken after the end of i-league.
2) 7) the decision on PSU clubs will be taken after the end of i-league.
3) i-league deciplinary cometee will take that later. Atleast 2 match ban stays.
4) eb will get 3 pts and a 3-0 win in the derby game.
5) 6) 8) not clear.
9) 2 teams from i-league 2nd div will be promoted. If needed next seasons league will have 16 teams.
