They have funds for Cooperage stadium. It is local builder lobby who dont want the stadium there as it will affect there profits. They can add more floors/construction in nearby areas if that land is declared open space/garden. thats the politics.<br>and Reliance- they have taken ages for constructing Mumbai metro. They will only delay the project and increase the cost. that is their profit-delay and escalate the cost. Mumbai Metro will neevr be built-Look at Delhi metro-thats government and running well.<br>
