The First Instance Body will meet on Friday 2ndAugust 2013,to either award or reject the National Club License to the I-League clubs for season 2013-14.
The First Instance Body’s role would be to whether ‘X’ club has passed or failed. Once who fail will appeal to the Appeals Committee. If the Appeals Commitee gives an exemption only then can they play in the I-League. If the club doesn’t get the exemption then they don’t play in the I-League.
“Each club can get one exemption when they play the I-League. To simplify, one yellow card can be given but the second will be red. That yellow card would be on the prerogative of the Appeals Committee.
