Once that is settled there will be a lot to focus on, from the development of the league to the development of youth and overall wellbeing of Indian football.
I completely agree with @shankar. Until, the problem of main league is solved. Heck, I will further extend the point by saying until the main league is settled or that it is able to generate reasonable interest among the population. Otherwise with time we will see similar life-cycle of I-league (starting with a bang and slowly die out due to lack of popularity) coming back to life again.
