Malaysia is playing so many friendly matches, why our NT not playing? As per roadmap, they are suppose to play more matches right? Why to pay salary to SC for watching Euro cup?
Not just malaysia , most of the other asian countries are busy arranging friendlies Constantine's got the best job in Asia Who else would pay him 1 and a half cr for sitting at home for most of the year From his tweets it seems obvious that he watched every other leagues in the world except ISL/I-League
Whatever happened to the US tour , SC said it was in july ,still no news about it
Tuff Laxmi Prasad opt out of Pro League
Panaji: The Goa Pro League has been dealt a body blow
even before the new season has kicked-off.
At a time when the Goa Football Association were
drawing up grand plans for the next edition of Goa Pro
League - scheduled to be played under lights for the first
time -- and preparing a red-carpet welcome for new
entrants like FC Bardez, comes this news that one of
the existing teams have opted out.
Tuff Laxmi Prasad Sports Club were making heads turn
with their clutch of top signings and challenging the big
guns for the title. But when the new season kicks off,
they will not be around to give the established names a
run for their money and reputation.
According to sources, Tuff Laxmi Prasad have already
conveyed to the GFA that they do not want to be part of
the top league but will instead field a team in the Third
Division League.
Although Tuff Laxmi Prasad owner Franky Viegas was
not available for a comment, GFA sources have
confirmed the development.
"Most of the players had annual or short-term contracts
and they are already aware of the decision. They are
moving on to other clubs," said a team source.
Franky, according to sources, did not think it was worth
spending approximately Rs 50 lakh annually on the
team and getting nothing in return from Goa's premier
domestic Football competition.
The team started with
modest ambitions but once their Parra-based owner
started spending lavishly on the team and signed a
clutch of top signings, Tuff Laxmi Prasad believed they
could match the best in business.
They won the Goa Police Cup last season, defeating
Salgaocar Juniors in the final, but they played their best
football in 2014-15 when they slayed some of Goa's
biggest clubs and came within a point of annexing the
Goa Pro League title.
GFA sources said the league will continue to be a 10-
team affair as Tuff Laxmi Prasad will now be replaced
by FC Bardez, the new team which will be coached by
former India coach Armando Colaco.
FC Bardez have already approached some prominent
players - many of them former Dempo stars - as they
aim to make a flying start in the league.
With Sony Espn showing interest in telecasting some domestic football...GPL could be ideal for telecast with flood lights etc..it would also show a path to other states...i would rather much rather watch it than the circus..

Example Mr Balu Nayar who was an employee of IMG, Reliance and worked at IPL.

That was old news from 2008.
Now mr Balu Nayar is with Futsal India.
So if ISL owners are also involved with Futsal, why is AIFF unhappy?
