True. His excuse for cancelling USA Trip was visa problem-that too without even trying. Now somehow playing during ISL will lower FIFA Rankings.

The match is very unpredictable. Puerto Rico had won against grenada in a PSO in Carribean Cup qualifiers. Greanada is ranked 158 in FIFA. They were thrashed by 138 ranked Dominican Republic few days back.They scraped a win against Guayana(128). I really dont rate this Puerto Rico team very high. Some of the players that play for them are currently plying their trade in US 4th division and Finnish 3rd tier.
It's confirmed. AFC U16 Championship taking place in Goa will not be on TV. hotstar to stream the matches. Also, it is rumored that AFC youtube channel will also stream the matches.
