If eb would hav signed ranti instead of moga..v r nt sayin shit to our foreigner...i m persistent wid ralte now he proved again...wim open ur eyes...see der is a player wo deserves NT cal up..
Stop calling in Wim all the time. When the team for SAFF was formed, Ralte was having a crappy form and hence was not selected. Now he has regained his form (too early to say though) and probably is eligible. But you cannot cite his current form to abuse Wim in retrospect!
@joyptan.. No one is disputing EB had to be defensive..but surely not this way ..first half was like a walk in d park for Kuwait when compared to d second half..there was acres of space for Kuwait players, attacking at will facing no resistance.
Respect for a opponent is good but Too much of it hurt EB.. Only want EB to play the home game as done in d second half of the away match..
I felt that EB Paid too much respect to Kuwait Sc. The ultra defensive tactics didnt work. Although we have a benefit of Hindsight you can guess it in the second half how EB were comfortable on the ball. All said and done, EB were expected to be Hammered but have all to play in Second leg.<div>I would be tempted to play 4-3-1-2 if Sueoka is available for the second leg to play at the hole behind the striker with Cavin giving Mehtab & Dika company in the middle to nick balls and keep possession in the middle. </div><div>Or if sueoka isnt avble then could go for a 4-3-3 with Dika as LAM & Baljit as RAM with Chidi up top.</div><div><br></div><div>Not happy with the defensive play at all. Agreed KSC had superior Attackers with clever runs from deep, But its basic error of defense if ur playing a High line then both the CB need to be in a straight line, Uga was 5 yards behind arnab. Wing play from KSC was superb most coming in from Left flank only. Need to focus on that cos far too many balls were allowed to be centred from the left. So LB is the key.</div><div>Second leg what EB have a advantage is the Physicality and the crowd support. Liked the way the ball was nicked and takles were aggressive after going down 4-0 Keep the physicality edge over KSC and put away your chances, You could prolly see history in the making on Oct 22. </div>
Dont worry eb has 20 days to prepare and dey wil play league matches also.and player by then will be match fit.so falopa wil know d players and wil select best 11 for return leg..and ofcourse now they know abt kuwait sc..so 2-0 or 3-1 win is possible... hope sueka will be fit by then ...

play in the AFC champions league alongside clubs of Korea, japan .Australia
BAhrain .Iraq and many.more 1st class nations .so yeah scoring 2 goals
against a World class side is indeed an achievement .
<br> We play our 2nd leg match in kolkata on 22 oct If we get a 2-0 victory we go through<br> <br> At the end of the day East Bengal m proud of u for reaching semi finals</span>
In the other semi final Al Qadsia of Kuwait lead Al Faisaly 1 - 0 at half time. Al Qahtani with the goal. Some EB players are also watching the match to know more about their probable opponent in final.
Conceding that 4th goal was a terrible effort,3-2 scoreline would've meant we're in the driver's seat still we've more than a decent chance to qualify for the final.
