its better CB concentrate on I league rather than AFC Cup
Mariano Dias should field reserve team even few u-20 would be good for I league future matches
And many were complaining that EB wasn't interested in AFC Cup last year. #Double standard
There is zameen asmaan ka farak between the EB reserves and CB reserves. We all know that CB posses poor bench strength and with key players injured, how can we expect them to play well in Afc cup. You cant say double std in this case as the situation is such. CB has no option left. To add to it they play a title decider match in 3 days time. So we must understand the situation. But yet I think they will field the best possible 11.
may be this is your frustration that east bengal not winning i league not even single time and next year lot changes so more wait
Don't change the course. can't u have a normal discussion. I'm not frustrated for not wining I-league just a little bit sad. my question was why Double standards ? for CB they should play reserbs or even u20's as u said in afc cup with having much easier oponents than what indian clubs are used to getting. but for EB all hell broke lose. so many talks like they destroed india's reputation in a group where the evetual afc cup champions were also there,
EB has done it time and again, year after year. That is the problem. If they did it for one year it was ok. Why are we debating before the game as to who should be fielded. But even if CB gets thrashed or loses most of the games nobody will complain considering the situation. If they had good reserves, then we could have argued.
But I'm backing EB to go a long way this time. Atleast the quarters(min). Go EB.
What opponents??? All the opponents of CB group are tough teams with Kitchee and Padang being the respective league champions. And if you are indicating that EB played west asians, then the other Indian team that year also played the same west asians and did not perform as miserably as EB did.

"considering the situation" than what about considering the oponents?

EB shud better focus in afc rather than i-league as this crown seems out f eq. 4 them...
CB have fielded their best 11 from among the available players. But it looks like a real mediocre side.
