The coaches who are in contention to succeed TJM at KEB are-
1) Marcos Antonio Falopa (ex- Myanmar national coach, ex- ast. coach of Brazil national team (86-88), has the experience to work in Japan, Arab , Iraq, etc.)
2)Van Loen (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_van_Loen )
3)David Booth ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Booth_(football_manager) )
4)Clifford Chukuwama ( ex- Sporting coach)
5)Desmond Bulpin
Priority is given on the first 2 names.
I can see a bunch of people overrating van Loen just because he is Dutch and has some time as assistant in the Dutch Top Tier. Obviously that means he is better than every coach in India.
It all depends on UB now. If they give the extra money then Antonio Falopa whould be next EB coach. Club officials will sit with UB group representative on monday to discuss it.
Odafa is not flop u have to understand that football is a game wher 11players have to contribute and in the last seasson only Odafa, Nabi, Denson, Iccha and in the last face of I-league Quinton Jacobs had a little beat contribution, what Odafa can do he has scorred 37 goals this season, he cant play as a stoper the team Debasish made was so disblanced no one can get better result then this even Sir Alex Farguson.

You can't only blame the officials for the failure, the coaches and the players also should share the blame. The could never stabilize a particular set of players. I think their best match was against SCG in I-League this season. As far as I remember, the team was
Shilton
Nirmal Aibor Anyichie Biswajit
Bhargav Denson Jewel Nabi
Tolgay Odafa
Jacobs substituted Jewel and Sabeeth substituted Tolgay in the later stages of the match. But they could never repeat the same team combination in the whole season. Then why only blame the officials?
