I think Van persie scored more goals for Arsenal in 2011-12 season than for ManU in 2012-13 season.

And even if Chelsea get Rooney , ManCity still start as favorites.

ManCity are the favorites and ManU are joint 2nd best team with Chelsea at the moment. If Chelsea get Rooney then they will clear 2nd best.
