its the general thing joy....in cricket also when india wins its abt player ,but when we loose its captain and coach mistake........in football captain don't hav much role so when team loose then we blame the coach for his squad selection..and when we win everyone will giv credit to players ...as we will say that team was very lively on field...u can't do anything abt it..let alone u ...say we can't do anything abt it

In Cricket, we dont see Coach saying anything before and after the match. it is all captain show there. Football and hockey are different. <br>Tennis-non playing captain is important like in Davis cup.<br> :P
In football a coach has has a massive job to do. A coach decides how the team gona play and he picks the players who suit that playing style. A coach have to make quick tactical and player change during a match. Although a coach doesn't go in the pitch a score goals but he has a massive influence in his team/players scoring a goal.
So whenever a team loses a match the coach gets criticised and whenever a team wins the coach (should) gets praised.

Isn't a NT camp needed before that? To decide the final 18 member squad a camp ?
