So I need some help. Some guy on wiki removed the India national team logo from the page as the national team is a child-entity of the AIFF and that logo is for the AIFF. If I could prove that the AIFF logo is also the logo of the national team then I could keep using it but I can't find a source for that.
Because the logo is right beside the All India Football Federation wording I don't think that would work.
The easiest way for me to explain what is going on is this: Go to the wikipedia for BMW. You see the logo for BMW in the box. Now go to a page for one of their cars like the BMW 7 Series F01... you will see that the BMW logo is not seen on that page as the car is just a "sister-entity" of BMW, or something that is under the BMW. If someone wanted to see the BMW logo they could just go to the BMW page.
That is what the person removing national team logos is saying. The India national team is the sister-entity of the AIFF, or under the AIFF, and if someone wanted to see the logo they could just go to the federations page.
Unless I prove that the AIFF said that the logo is also for the national team then I can't use it but I know it exists!
I actually tried that (As fan btw... ) but the guy was insistent. He has since posted about it on one of the forums on wikipedia that deal with photos/logos but I doubt much will change as the people on there are not football people.
Meanwhile, the guy who removed the logos has only done so on the articles regarding lower-tier nations like India, Hong Kong, Bulgaria, Philippines etc. Basically pages that not many experienced editors would notice... at least he probably thought that with India. He has not even attempted to remove the logos from nations like England, Brazil, Argentina etc even though they are the same as their federation as well! And because he has not done those pages the other football wikipedians don't care... as there nations are fine.

FIFA.com uses the AIFF logo in India page.

Don't know how wiki works. But have a look.
