<br><br>The problem with carribean countries is that if they have good players, they will migrate to their colonial masters like Holland, France, England and play there from Junior level. Look at suriname- they had players like seedorf, hasselbank, aaron winter but they all turned out for Holland. Even Thierre Henry I think would have played for Guadaloupe.<br> :P

Plus, when they do get players of Caribbean origin to join them, they are usually from the lower tiers.</font><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">However, it is getting better. Bermuda are finally getting 1-2 good players (Nahki Wells for example) while Jamaica is producing plenty of good guys.</font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Also yesterday the Gold Cup began (our continental cup for national teams) yesterday and Martinique managed to beat Canada. A side full of amateurs and French rejects managed to beat professionals.</font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">So signs look good. Hopefully the Caribbean can rise back up.</font></div>
