All PIO card holder don't need any VISA to visit India any more - PM Namo in USA

Hope now Some one in AIFF raise the issue of POI representation in Indian Football.

@7negi ; Even before, PIO card holder did not need visa to visit India. PIO card was given for 15 years validity. After 15 years, one needs to renew the PIO card. For those 15 years, no visa is required to visit India. Now instead of 15 years, it is lifelong.
We already have lifelong card OCI card. So now PIO is upgraded to OCI card.
But these people do not have Indian citizenship-so they cannot represent India as India do not allow dual citizenship.
