Yes, we do have... Kushalnagar(Bilekuppe) is home for Tibet refugees and most of them stay in mysuru(sells hand hoven sweater and winter wear clothing in mysuru city) and few of them travel to city to belt non veg :-SS

They sell "Made in China" Sweaters, Jackets in temporary shops on Footpaths in various cities in North India. You can bargain upto 20% of what they are quoting.
Their relatives in Tibet send woollen clothes from China to India.

there is a settlement of Tibetans in Ooty (TN) too. I have seen a market there owned by Tibetan welfare association just outside the botanical garden.
