Jackichand Singh btw, as well as Satiyasen Singh, are both 22 and ineligible for the AFC U22 Championship.

Jackichand & Seitya both joined RWFC in 2010, and were around 19-21 at the time...having impressed in CC Meet and Manipur League...
They have been impressing in the Shillong League and most notably in the 2011 2nd Division I-League & the Federation Cup in 2011 in Pune
Karim had tried to sign both of them for Salgaocar back then
Both are above 25 , and are probably in the peak of their footballing years now...
Hopefully Steven Constantine is aware of age rigging and doesn't pick such types for India U23

Soccerway has both players listed as 22 year olds, born in 1992 which, going by what
@7Negi
said, makes them ineligible for the U23 Championship and the qualifiers.

Very difficult. ..coaches and state associations force kids to change ages...so they can get short term success
