What Stephen is doing is correct because India is far from being having a professional league with 0 or no scouting.. I have always felt, this is 1 area where Bob probably went wrong (not because his idea was incorrect but because we were still not ready--he did a splendid job though)..
Though it is not the task of national team coach to do scouting, with current scenario where no one actually cares in this regard, it is a welcome boon
