It's a knock-on effect. The ownership should put the management in place. But if the owners aren't bothered, miss-management continues.

I think Sachin will become an owner only after 5 years as he's now on sweat equity. After that, I believe he'll sell a significant share.

PVP must be the owner now and Muthoot will come into the management next year onwards.

I don't know where he is going but if it is West Ham, he will struggle to get a work permit as he hasn't played enough NT matches to qualify for a work permit, and as senior pro, he will struggle to get a work permit through the "exceptional talent" criteria.
