Cmon guys lets rally around Sunil and co. There will be more than enough time to criticise everything and everyone involved with Indian football. Lets find constructive ways to help SC organise the best possible Indian lineup to neutralise Iran in Bangalore. If we give up hope in Bangalore how will we rally when the blues play @ Azadi stadium.
Request you all to keep hatred for SC, Robin and AIFF aside for atleast this match. Our team needs our support against such a mighty opponent. May be after Asia Cup we are facing some real strong footballing side. Our footballers are human being like us, we selected engineering, medicine they selected football. Just imagine if each day we get banged at our work place will we be able to deliver properly? So please be with the team that what supporters do during tough time. Remember we have nothing to loose. No coach in this world will make us win against Iran. We can hope a respectful show from our boys thats all. Remember Oman match was't not that bad what we expected. Guam and Nepal match are disappointing I agree but we can win against Guam at home. Just hoping SC selects best first XI keeping aside his own ego.
“People have come in from Kerala, Delhi and Mumbai. I expect more than 2000 Iranian fans to attend the game.”
Nobody, though, is expecting much of a contest. “Did you see the Guam game,” Ramin asked, referring to Iran’s 6-0 win last week. “That was the team that beat India. This group is not that tough for Asia’s best team. But the real test starts after this match.”
As the Iranian players headed into the changing rooms after the session, they were mobbed by fans with requests for autographs and selfies. Meanwhile, the Indian players silently filtered in for their session, strangers in their own land!
