I was talking to my uncle yesterday and he told me to not panic. I just received a phone call from my aunt that he has left the house and has not contacted anyone. I tried calling him for hours and apparently he has anxiety about facing "the might Asian warrior" and referred to this battle as 300, I think I heard this reference before the Guam and Iran match. Anyways, he told me to not worry but he will be staying at a motel for the night until the match. I guess my aunt was adding stress about this match as well.
I'm actually on a club football team here in LA and my teammates teased me about experiencing "anal annihilation" but I hope that our boys prevail. We can do it. And as one of you guys mentioned earlier, I have been praying for RAIN as that might be the answer to our victory.
@punjabfootballer ...Good to see PIO's/NRI's being passionate about Indian domestic football!!! (may your tribe grow)
...sick and tired of youngsters/colleagues telling me how much passionately they follow manu/barca et al.....while somehow thinking its beneath them to know a single player from the NT.
Forget rain. Let's just play with a pair of balls like we did in the Asia Cup 2011. We may concede five but let's also score two goals back. That would be an achievement
