I think young players who are in various AIFF academy are not serious about football. Even i saw TFA graduates still can't receive a ball properly, poor pass, heading. So blaming AIFF is not the only solution.After staying many years in academy if they play like this then what they have learnt from there? Without academy a boy can perform like than them.
