That should depend on the kit manufacture and the contract the team signed with them.
Fun fact: A few days ago Arsenal's U18s were playing and Arsene Wenger was watching while wearing a Nike jacket (despite Arsenal being a Puma company). At the start of the second half it was seen that Wenger switched to a Puma jacket so obviously Puma had a word with him.
Arnab Mondal banned for 2 matches and fined 1 lac rupees based on Cornel Glen's complaint. Shankarlal Chakraborty who has served a 2 match banned for cursing at the refree has been slapped with an additional 50,000 rupees fine.
Well one might say that Arnab deserves the punishment. But it is now clear that he did not racially abuse Glen. Shouldn't there be some rule for punishing a player who wrongfully accuses a player of racial abuse? Any FIFA rules on that?
If you are going to suspend someone for using abusive language then every game we will have multiple players from teams like MFC and BFC being suspended
What happens if you swear in a language like Mizo or Konkani which might not be obvious to a lot of referees ( bearing in mind nothing is obvious to Santosh Kumar)

AIFF has done what Stephen Constantine, Bishwajit Bhattacharya and Antonio Habas couldnt, kick Arnab Mondal out. He has been playing pathetic football last 2 seasons and I wont be sad that he misses a crucial tie against BFC. Its when he plays that I get worried these days!
Now about his punishment, AIFF has done justice to their reputation of being total nincompoops. How about some of the clubs unite and buy Mr.Santosh Kumar a taxi so he doesnt have to be a refree anymore!
