Preview no 2
Sporting Clube de Goa
Coach: Sporting Club most likely to retain Mateus Costa who will "act" as a coach but the real coach will be Clifford Chukwuma who I think will be registered as kit man this year :P but if Mr Clifford fails get in mid table before mid season then we may see Oscar back at SCG.
Goalkeeping : Weak area of the team Ravi Kumar will keep his No 1. if he gets injured they do have a backup former AIFF Academy Kamaljit Singh who is a descent gk. other is Makroy Fernandes.
Defense: Defense also looks fragile but I think its good to stop any weaker teams. we will see Creson partnering Loveday in central defense and Joyner and Don in wingback positions. they have also signed Issac Negredo who is a bull of a defender as per @Ashlesh
Midfield: One of Strongest in whole I-league with Two quality Attacking midfielder Amna and Densil + Pratesh,Royston,Cajeton,Rowllin Borges and addition of some class midfielders Churchill like Nicolas Fernandes has made this a hell of midfield.
Forward: The Strike force is also good with a poacher like odafa who is sure to get good true balls from midfield will score many. they also have talented Indian strikers like Victarino and Alber This year they also have goal machine youngsters Dilbert Fernandes (Upgraded Robin Singh) and Akeraj Martins.
Prediction:can challenge for title but mostly will finish in mid table.
There is a decent back up in the defense department too for sporting club de Goa. Capture of Subhashish ( loan from CB ) will do the needful if any injury issues to Creson or Loveday. U-20 player and robust defender Franzil Negredo is also up for duty if given an opportunity.
Dhanpal Ganesh finding hard to recover as he isn't with any club after he was injured In a match against Iran.. he was asked to train with Under 19 NT .... also no club wanna sign him seems .... Does AIFF pay for players injured during NT games ?????
So they are not paying any Corporate Entry fees. They walked in just like that. Thats weird. Can Churchill Brothers or Mohammedan sporting or Royal Wahingdoh also just walk like that in I-League? PP Quota?
