Pre-season friendlies are used majorly by european clubs to increase their popularity in revenue genrationg countries...

I also feel that it was missed opportunity from FC pune city in making a pre-season into a potential marketing stroke

very good n very cheap. for Fc goa starting from 5k to 14k. 5k doesn't even include tickets just 20% discount.

so that makes at least 2 of ISL clubs having membership...
This is something which is looking good... lets see how many they are able to attract...

FC pune city has grassroot ready for them thanks the grounds of DSK and pune FC... so possibly in best position to become one of the most professional club in india.... but i am seriously not confident about the football lovers of Pune...

Hopefully they prove me wrong

That is my point... so far membership were given by the only clubs with established fan base... not the new clubs...

and i dont know of any membership scheme by MFC ... but BFC we all know is possibly one of the better organised club in india
