Indian soccer players arrived here Monday for the first round football qualifiers for the 2012 London Olympics, an official of Myanmar Football Federation (MFF) told Xinhua.
The Indian football team, which won the home leg against Myanmar 2-1 in Pune, India last month, will play the second leg against Myanmar on Tuesday.
Two more Myanmar players are added to the original team.
Myanmar players are trained by Serbian Milan Zivadinovic.
Meanwhile, the International Federation of Association Football(FIFA) president Joseph S. Blatter, a Swiss citizen, will pay the first-ever visit to Myanmar on Wednesday.
During his visit to Myanmar at the invitation of Myanmar football president U Zaw Zaw, Blatter will seek way of holding professional leagues by Myanmar Football Federation (MFF) and the soccer projects implemented by the FIFA.
Blatter will inaugurate an already completed football academy in Mandalay, the second largest city of Myanmar.
Yeah, all the promise of youth development in India will vanish...this game has high stakes, if something wrong happens there in the that pressure game with foreign crowd..lots of questions will be asked -
1) Bulpin's suitability
2) Long Balls
3) Neglecting players like Gilbert, Barbosa, Nirmal
4) Even Robin might not start
5) How effective has been the Indian Arrows program
