All much as the posts sound ridiculous for supporters of the Sick league, By getting the best i-league players there is a much wanted shift that these players want to be part of the ISL rather than i-league.
Last season onwards sick league fanatics need to only see that ISL have loaned some of its players to I-league and not vice versa. So Basically your best MB/EB & some BFC players are owned by ISL clubs and not by your own clubs.
When the merger eventually comes, These so called i-league clubs will be cursing the lack of proper scouting network that they have failed miserably to only find the best players be part of the top tier ISL clubs.
What will they survive on as they dont have scouting networks? You can only go back to getting Random Africans to try and make up your numbers.
As much as you can crib, This is the fact so face it.
