@goalkeepar I'm not really opionated about what Goans think about Nigerians. But there has been recent trouble with Nigerians in Goa. Also I just read this yesterday that both BJP and Congress wants to ban Nigerians in Goa.. But ofcourse this has got nothing to do with football.
Thousands of Indians also live in Nigeria. Our country should be ashamed of the way we treat Foreigners. Not only Nigerians, our people misbehave with people of every nationality. Goa or Delhi or Bangalore-its all same.
I do feel the racism is higher in north India..simply bcoz some people with fairer skin feel they are superior....ads and products like fair & lovely only propagate this bull....
@goalkeepar: Just a word. I know you did not mean it in a racist way, but you could have worded it better. For example, you should have explained why African players only were ready to play at all positions for money. Secondly, you had once mentioned a player as a Nigerian pig, though to your credit, you had said 'no offence' (http://forum.indianfootballnetwork.com/discussion/504/daily-dose-of-east-bengal/p144). I am sure you understand that some people tend to take umbrage at such comments, however off the cuff they may be. I am sure your heart is in the right place. Another thing: Indian definitely are racist, but I wouldn't say that they are the most racist. If you look at the history of European nations, from the colonial times to the end of the Second World War, you will see the horrendous effects of racism, something which supersedes anything that has happened here.
Racism is everywhere. Be it in India or anywhere else. Those of you saying India is the most racist probably haven't read about USA and European countries' racist incidents. BTW the most racist country is China.
