Mumbai FC of all clubs is still in this league. Wow credit to them. I think we need not even need to have an i-league this season. Why not mingle second division clubs and create the league 1 nw itself and play from Jan? EB/MB/BFC can join ISL this september itself plenty of time and the merger is complete one year in advance.
but AIFF and co would have planned something already...someone will be in picture... either one more team from Pune.. ... sorry pune guys.. no offense.. or some random club from 2nd division..
