Arindam is favoured by Ramos...he said he won't pick player's like Mawia and Debjit because of height. He said this in 2015 whene those 2 were the best in the League.
He likes tall defenders...Pratik will get a cap because of injuries & Constantines claims of " developing / capping " new players. Also the Abhishek Jadav influence.
Vinit Rai did well in the camps ...squad player that will get dropped when 30 becomes 21
Sena Ralte is not good enough in a lot of people's opinions... He had a decent ISL, but then again Souvik can get away playing Full Back in Indian Slow League. Proof was the East Bengal game, 1 goal versus Lajong and he will become the new Durgo Boro...shoot at sight syndrome. Main reason will be his height ...thats why I think Constantine will reject him.
Victorino doesn't track back nor have good defensive ability.... a reason why Consto doesn't like him.
