I think a 3-4-3 would be an interesting system if the players can adapt to it, but I wonder if they can. I see only an issue at right- wingback with Rino Anto out injured the moment. When he is fit, something like below would be interesting to see.

First of all Nishu is right footed... comes inside onto his right foot everytime !
Can't defend at the back post and gets beaten by a wall pass ..ever since his days under Pasha at AIFF U19...
He works hard and is a good kid.... But better than Lalchhuanmawia...you have to be smoking some good stuff... Keegan os better than Nishu as a left back...
At best Nishu can be 2nd choice to Rino Anto as he is better than Khabra.
Watch the AFC Cup games where he got beaten time and again.... even against a shit Tampines Rovers their CANADIAN winger had his number.
Roca had offered Nishu up for loan at the start of the I-League ..but relented when reminded of the U22 rule.
I'm also going to go by the fact that Nishu is a lot less experienced than Sena Ralte and Ralte did very well in the ISL, whereas Nishu looked decent in the AFC Cup.

BFC front 3 when they switch to a 3-4-3 should be ROBY , CKVineeth and Udanta.
