A few years ago, the Govt. of Antigua and Barbadua (a Country in Carribean Island) offered citizen to anyone who could invest ₹2.5 Crore in their country. A citizenship there means visa free travel in more than 100 countries including US and several European countries.

There are many countries like that, but the amount of money they require is quite big. BTW are you sure 100+ visa free travels include US?
