Huge blow if Miku and Coro left not just for BFC and FC Goa but to ISL quality as well. Both did amazingly well but we need to hold on to good players (Certainly at our level) if we need to build on quality for the league.

BFC got about Rs 1 crore transfer money for Garcia.. We need to hold on players but not at absurd salaries the Chinese clubs pay. Also potential transfer to bigger Asian leagues will attract good players & agents to ISL.. Still i believe ISL clubs need to improve their scouting hugely. Paying 7 times the current salary to Miku is not at all feasible. Roca should just sell him and use the money to get someone like Nelson Bonilla, who he knows well
I am surprised the Chinese clubs are ready to go for miku but not sunil, who scored same number of goals as miku, more assist and on overall is a better player then miku, maybe his "india" tag and age is a factor.
Miku honestly is getting slower quite visibily..he is a quality player no doubt but not worth so much..2-3 better players can be signed for those amounts
And same logic like going for miku not for chettri applies to udanta provided 7 assist scored a goal got pace and also very young Chinese league one club signed edu Garcia but why don't any club whether Chinese or thai approaching udanta whether it's second division... Miku at his age is not worth this much. BFC should just search for someone else for that budget.. Would love it if they go for someone like Mike Havenaar.. Currently he gets 78 million Yen at Vissel Kobe, which is about 4.78 crores
rathorevarun4 it is because of the india tag, all around the world if you tell them india has a football team, they will be surprised, even if they know we play football they think indian players are shit, they will chose a under performing Brazilian over a guy like udanta.
