Capacity of the stadium is 7400 lol. How can they fit more than the current attendance there?

Barasat stadium in the suburbs of Kolkata has twice the capacity than that little ground! And you could tons of empty seats on TV, actual attendance was more like 4.5-5k. Fitting place for a fixed match.
