Thats good atleast we seem to have a good bunch of young players for future.

But, who is going to train the Indian bunch of U-16 players? Is it Toal or any Indian coaches? Frankly speaking I have lost the confidence in Indian coaches. :( So skeptical about the growth of the players in India.

Toal of course it will be,Rob Bann will take charge of U-22 for the qualifiers in June.Since U-19 team is out Toal will take care of U-16 team for the AFC U-16 Championship in September,2012.

So we have got 5 more months to prepare hopefully we can get back the lads from America in May pick the final squad and go on to play friendlies in June,July,August.

June-July :- Camp in Europe(In Holland 6-8 friendly matches against middle tier clubs of Eredivisie and top teams of Eerste Divisie)

August :- Camp in Middle East, 2-5 matches against U-16 NT's like Jordan,UAE,Oman,Qatar,Iraq.

September :- Camp in Host country 1-2 matches against local clubs.

All this will take some lakhs of rupees but if we look at its benefits then its countless.

That guy has lot of work to do actually,he has to prepare U-13 India Squad(These are the same guys who will be groomed in AIFF-FIFA Academies) of which Toal has shortlisted 70 players last month.

The tourney is scheduled to be held next month in Pakistan, so I guess he's already busy with his work :- http://www.the-afc.com/en/football-development/grassroots-a-youth/38102-skill-tests-in-qatar-festival

Okay, as long as he has a coach.

This might work out then because the u16 boys love Colim Toal and who better to lead them.
