Jamshedpur FC complete their roster of both Indian and foreigners. So,I guess this is the end of the road for Gaurav Mukhi in Indian football. I hope someone atleast from 2nd division gives him a chance to get back to professional football.
WEll for start both Fcpc and their esteemed employee who leaked the information is at fault
As far as I know FCPC always tried to hide the fact that there was salary issue someone leaked it, Goal reported it, FCPC denied it which made it look like goal was reporting wrong... then again goal striked it when they had chance ..so basically any sane person could have predicted this whole thing!
and at the same time Its basic ethics between employer and employee(which applies for both parties) that they dont leak information within the organisation(not talking about salary) to outside irrespective of their payment issue Period.
so other way around will be it ok if companies share employee data to general public on monthly basis if the employee is not working properly or hes incompetent ?
I am all up for raising voices for salary concern , but sharing internal company matters is bad enough.
look at it in other way , now if I am with MCFC and want to hire new staff I will always overlook all(that means everyone) FCPC employees since there is good chance they might leak inside info again. IDK who was that person but what if the person im hiring turns out to be the leaker one lol . so thats like hampering others careers as well
If Fcpc finds out who leaked information and they make it public among football club owners circle then that guy is screwed up anyway..
